Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your access to Mover Lens ("Mover Lens", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Mover Lens for an organisation, you represent that you can bind that organisation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Research product, not financial advice

Mover Lens organises public market-related content into research signals, historical tests, monitoring views and alerts. Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or generated by automated systems. They are informational and educational only, not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice; not an offer, solicitation or recommendation; and not a guarantee of performance. You remain solely responsible for investment decisions and should consult qualified advisers. Past performance, simulated results and backtests do not predict future results.

4. Plans and paid features

The Free, Signal Pro and Alpha Max plans have the prices, limits and features shown at checkout. We may improve or change non-material product features. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law. Prices are in United States dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes may be added based on your billing location.

5. Seven-day trial and card requirement

Eligible new paid subscribers receive one seven-day trial. A valid card is required before the trial begins. Unless you cancel during the trial, Stripe automatically charges the selected monthly or annual subscription price when the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, cancellation and loss of paid access are immediate. Trial eligibility is limited to one per customer and may be denied where we reasonably detect abuse.

6. Renewal, plan changes and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades and monthly-to-annual changes take effect immediately; Stripe charges the prorated difference. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the next billing period. A paid cancellation made after the trial takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date. You can manage your card, invoices and cancellation from Plan & Billing.

7. No refunds and failed payments

Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial periods, unused time or plan changes, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If payment fails, paid features are suspended immediately. You may restore access by paying the outstanding amount or updating your payment method. We may retry failed payments through Stripe and cancel subscriptions that remain unpaid.

8. Acceptable use and public data

You may not misuse the service, bypass plan limits, share accounts, interfere with security, scrape the product at scale, reverse engineer protected components, use the service to violate law or third-party rights, or represent Mover Lens output as personalised financial advice. Mover Lens is designed for public data. You may not use it to upload or redistribute paid, private or subscriber-only third-party content without permission.

9. Intellectual property and feedback

We and our licensors retain rights in the service, software, presentation, models and original content. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Mover Lens for your own internal research. Third-party names, posts and market data remain subject to their owners' rights and terms. You grant us permission to use feedback without restriction or payment.

10. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not promise uninterrupted service, delivery of every alert, market-data accuracy or investment outcomes.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mover Lens and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, trading losses, lost profits, lost data or missed opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Mover Lens in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension, termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirements or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time; subscription cancellation follows Section 6. We may update these Terms and will post a new effective date. Material changes will be notified where reasonably practicable or legally required.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you other rights. Questions may be sent to info@moverlens.com.
